As regular readers and followers on Instagram know, I undertook my 100 Day Diet Challenge which resulted in weight loss of nearly fifty pounds (twenty-two kilograms). Recipes for many of the meals I cooked during the challenge can be found here.
I also completed a further 100 Day Health Project where I sought to maintain the weight loss I’d achieved during the first challenge. This was done by upping the amount I exercised as well as by continuing to follow a common sense, healthy approach to eating. I expanded the range of food I ate during this project, and recipes for some of those meals can also be found here.
